Just kidding!  Ha-ha!  Replace the word “rebate” with “burden”!  That’s going to take us a while to pay.  That’s just the latest price tag Americas will be paying for electing an incompetent socialist rookie to the highest office in the land.  How long until January 21st, 2013?  Can we survive that long?
