URGENT: New firearm laws needed to protect Mexico

Ciudad Juárez is a city in northern Mexico with some major problems.  Drug trafficing, murder, rape, human trafficing, femicide, car jacking, and robbery are running rampant.  The majority of the people there are good hard working people that just want a good life for themselves and their family.
